Breathe in. Breathe out. Come salute the sun with us every Wednesday, April through October for a special yoga, barre, or pilates class presented by various studios and instructors! This event is subject to cancellation due to weather. In the event of inclement weather, a cancellation notice will be posted on our social media (@avaloninsider).

Don’t forget to receive a virtual stamp at each class. Attend 5 classes to complete your loyalty card + redeem for an AvalOM swag item.

  • Wednesday, April 10th: Yoga, taught by Alyssa Owens from The Yoga Loft, presented by lululemon
  • Wednesday, April 17th: Full body strength training, taught by Stephanie Smith, presented by allbirds + [solidcore]
  • Wednesday, April 24th: Mat Pilates, taught by April Avellanosa, presented by Club Pilates

  • Wednesday, May 8th: Flexibility yoga class, taught by Heather Love from Core 57, presented by lululemon
  • Wednesday, May 15th: Total body strength (core focus), taught by Daphne A., presented by allbirds + [solidcore]
  • Wednesday, May 22nd: Mat Pilates, taught by Heather, presented by Club Pilates
  • Wednesday, May 29th: Yoga + breathwork, taught by Stephanie Rivera, presented by Athleta
