Avalon repaving 2025

Avalon will be repaving its surface roads as well as parking lots in various stages through August.

Repaving schedule below:

• August 2nd at 9pm – August 4th at 6am: PNC Bank Parking Lot.
• August 3rd at 9 pm – August 6th at 6am: Avalon Way from Westside Parkway to the 8000 Parking Deck. This will take place in two parts to ensure traffic flow to The Hotel at Avalon.
• August 5th at 9 pm – August 7th at 6 am: Central Deck side roads from Westside Parking to First Street.
• August 6th at 9pm – August 8th at 6 am: Surface Street near Regal Cinemas from the West of Regal Cinemas to Third Street.

The weather will continue to be a factor in this schedule but we will do our best to ensure all re-paving is done as quickly as possible. Stay tuned for final updates on re-paving of The Boulevard as well as Second Street and Third Street roads to Old Milton.
