Avalon Repaving 2025

 

Avalon will be repaving our surface roads as well as parking lots in various stages from July 20th – August 5th 2025.

Repaving schedule below:

• July 20th at 9pm – July 22nd at 6am: 1st Street and Eastside of 6000 Parking Lot
• July 21st at 9pm – July 23rd at 6am: East side of Arhaus Lot and North Deck North Surface Lot
• July 22nd at 9pm – July 24th at 6am: Westside of Arhaus lot and Westside of 6000 lot
• July 23rd at 9pm – July 25th at 6am: South lot of Whole Foods and South lot of Container Store
• July 24th at 9pm – July 26th at 6am: Strip by Container Store and Southside of 7000 Surface Lot
• July 26th at 9pm – July 28th at 6am: Parkdale Lane and PNC Bank
• July 27th at 9pm – July 29th at 6am: Northside Container Store Northside 7000 Surface Lot
• July 28th at 9pm – July 30th at 6am: 3rd Street Entrance and Northside of Whole Foods Surface lot
• July 29th at 9pm – July 31st at 6am: Phase 1 Blvd
• July 30th at 9pm – Aug 1st at 6am: Phase 2 Blvd and Southside of 1st Street
• Aug 3rd at 9pm – Aug 5th at 6am: 2nd Street and South Parking Deck Surface Lot
• Aug 4th at 9pm – Aug 6th at 6am: 3rd Street Entrance and Northside of Whole Foods Surface lot
• Aug 5th at 9pm – Aug 7th at 6am: 1st Street Central and Avalon Way
