Concierge offers bag check to shopping guests during property hours to ensure they fully enjoy themselves without having to worry about carrying your belongings!

Our Concierge booth is stocked with complimentary items guests may request such as bottled water, Chapstick, mints, and first aid.
Avalon Gift Cards
Avalon Gift Cards are available at Concierge and can be redeemed at all retailers and restaurants. The gift cards can be purchased with funds from $5 to $500 with a $3 service fee per activation.
Avalon Squirrel Scavenger Hunt
Concierge provides scavenger hunt maps and clue sheets to those wanting to complete our famous Avalon Squirrel Scavenger Hunt.
Comfort Item Rentals
Concierge provides all guests and residents with complimentary umbrellas and blankets, when available.
Event Coordination
Our team can assist with planning corporate outings or private events like birthday parties, picnics in The Plaza, scavenger hunts, marriage proposals and gender reveals!* Make sure to stop by concierge on your birthday to grab a complimentary glass of wine and a birthday pin!

Moments on the Boulevard
Reserve a 45-minute photography session to capture your visit to Avalon! This is a great way to remember birthdays, gender reveals, anniversaries, engagements, or just a night out! Each session will be $50 for 45 minutes and you will receive a link to the photos after your session. This is offered Friday-Sunday with a 72 hours’ notice. Make sure to call Concierge at 770-765-1000 or email experiencemakers@experienceavalon.com to book your session so you can remember your Moments on the Boulevard!
Pet Friendly Concierge
Not only is Avalon a dog-friendly property, but our Concierge team provides water and dog treats to all our fur friends.
Picnic in the Plaza
Concierge will prepare a picnic basket with your requested meal from an Avalon restaurant for you to pick up and enjoy!

Transportation + Car Services
Our team can arrange transportation around property by using our GEM cart (upon availability), transportation off property, and car detailing with our preferred car services. * Avalon’s Security team is also able to assist guests with car battery issues.
Wheelchair + Stroller Rental
Concierge provides all guests and residents with complimentary wheelchair and stroller rental, from the Concierge desk (based on availability)
